First, when I walk in the front lobby it is about being greeted by happy emplyees. Camp Bow Wow, Newark makes me feel comforted because my buddy is shaking/nervous but they greet him in a positive manner, thank you! Services I use are grooming and overnight stay. If they have questions they do not hesitate to call. Always goes excellent and my dog seems happy. Thank you!
When I walk in they immediately welcome me and know Cooper and his quirks. They assure me he will be well cared for.

My dog, Zoey is always a little nervous when she goes to new locations and meets other dogs in the yards for the first time. The staff was very understanding and made sure she was comfortable. When I picked her up she was wagging her tail and seemed very happy.
