The personal touch, the web cams in every activity room, and the fact that there is a person present in each activity room.
My dog who is ordinarily very fearful of people must be treated very well there since he seems to love the place and whoever happens to be at the front desk when we get there. The staff is professional and friendly, and have accommodated whatever extra services we've needed - baths, extra night's boarding. It's a great relief to know you guys are there.

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow, everyone there takes such great care of Boss and he LOVES the camp counselors and even has besties that he plays with. I don't know what I would do without this place. Boss started in camp when he was very young and it has taught him socialization and how to interact with other dogs. We also did the Level 2 training class here, and he has grown up to be such a great dog and we owe a lot of that to Camp Bow Wow. Thank you for being so great!!!

My dog gets exercise in the rooms. This last visit, I saw another dog try to mount my dog several times. After the human noticed that the quick squirt from a water bottle each time wasn't stopping the problem, the male dog was removed from the room. Thank you for looking out for all of the dogs.
