First off I love that pit bulls are accepted. The staff is amazing. Facility is clean. I know my dog is safe and she comes home tired from playing. The video cam is a huge plus especially for people who worry that their pet may not be ok.

We like that we are able to watch what Hartley is up to. Each time we viewed the camp cam, he seemed to be enjoying himself with the other dogs. When he gets home he is wiped out for a couple of days. He could be missing his friends.

The dogs are seperated by size/temperament. There's always a staff member with the dogs at all times. Web cam is a big plus too.

Flexibility of dropping Rudy off without an appointment knowing staffing is always sufficient; friendliness and promptness of front desk staff upon arrival and when picking Rudy up. Willingness of staff to expect Rudy to settle down before he comes out to me/us when we pick him up.
Overnight service for when we go on vacation. Our dog will be much happier at Camp Bow Wow for overnight visits then at a kennel.

We love Camp Bow Wow in Middlesex! The entire staff treats our dogs like their own, Jen, Angela, Casey, Stephanie, Natalie (I know I am missing a handful) but everyone is great. They monitor both of our dogs closely for changes in their behavior and how they play/interact with other dogs. I would highly recommend this CBW location to anyone looking for stellar service and exceptional care of their furry family members :)

Both our dogs seemed to be just fine in your facility considering this was there first time in a kennel. Everything that you said was true. Both of them were very tired and thirsty when they got home. We are looking forward to there stay coming up in the future months. It's comforting knowing they will enjoy there stay!

Personable, professional, reassuring! Staff answered all my questions, were super friendly and took the time to review a daily schedule and provide a tour of the premises. It's a peace of mind to know Max is safe and getting some healthy exercise and socialization with other pups. I loved watching him play via the cam app.

I love how excited my dog Piper is every time we turn the corner or go into the camp. And how exhausted she is when I pick up at the end of the day. I love the fact I get to watch her throughout the day and see how she's doing

We know the staff takes good care of our dog Puck because he doesn't come home nervous or freaked out; his tail is wagging when he arrives and when he leaves.
