HAVE ONLY BEEN THERE ONCE, BUT IT LOOKED CLEAN AND MY DOG CAME HOME "HAPPY". ONLY NEGATIVE IS AS IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT I WISH THE STAFF HAD BEEN MORE WELCOMING TO ME, BUT DEFINITELY MY DOG. NOW HELLO, NO PETTING MY DOG. I WAS SLIGHTLY UNSETTLED LEAVING MY DOG AT THE START.

Very personable to us and caring to our dog. Happily took her to acclimate her to the surroundings before her sleepover. We especially liked the ability to get the app and check in on n our pup while we were away. You should mention that. I didn't know until I read through the welcome packet.
I love how much the staff clearly love dogs! It just makes you feel great knowing that the people you are leaving your pet with really care. I also like that the dogs get to "be social" and play all day, but then have a quiet place to rest at night.

I like the full service offered from day care,boarding overnight, and grooming. My dog loves doggy daycare and she comes home exhausted from a full day of playing with other dogs her size. I also like the webcam to check in and see how much fun she is always having. We LOVE Camp Bow Wow!!
I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as I was given a tour of the building. The staff member giving the tour was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The doggie cam offers peace of mind for pet owners to ensure that our dog is well cared for, having a good time, etc. My dog had a fun time interacting with other dogs for the 4 hours she was there for the interview.

Staff seems to love what they do and it shows when they take care of the fogs. Plus the facility is set up perfect for the dogs to play and interact.
Great people, nice place. We have left our dogs there overnight once, used the play time a number of times when we went to long meetings and had little or no time to exercise them. The simple answer is when we pull into the driveway of Pittsburgh South Camp Bow Wow, they both get up and start wagging their tales, and continue to wag their tales as they are taken back to the play areas. When we pick them up they are still wagging their tales and smiling, but once they hit the back of our truck they collapse and sleep all the way home.

Friendly! Above all else I feel safe leaving my girl to play with the other dogs. The screening process seems to have weeded out aggressive dogs. I feel the staff love her as much as I do. I like the camera systems so I may see what she is up to. I wish the cameras would show the full play areas.
The dogs are separated by size and that they get significant play time.

The attention the groomer and front desk gave me. They made sure I was aware of how Opie's appointment went which gave me a price of mind because it was his first professional grooming.

It's a one stop shop. You can do grooming and daycare in the same visit. I just wish you could get the kennel cough vaccination done right there. That would be super convienent!! Then you wouldn't have to pay the $50.00 for the vet visit just to get a shot.

My dog was excited to return. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean.
Extremely friendly staff that treats your dog like it's their own. My dog can't wait to get there in the morning. They are always there for you if you need anything. My dog will not let me take her anywhere else besides camp bow wow. Roman, Jocelyn, Rose, Anthony and Nicole will greet you with a smile and make your dog happy to be there. She has all her friends there you can watch them play on camera. My dog loves the place so much she wants to go back in when I'm trying to take her home. You can't go wrong whether your boarding or just for the day.

Even when Ellie hasn't come in for a while, there is still someone that knows her by name, which I really appreciate it. I also love that there are cameras so I can watch Ellie play during the day! She always looks like she's having a great time, and she always comes home tired!
