Staff location clean facility. Don't like the new video system. Picture isn't as sharp as the other system was.c too much glare.

Our dog Kali loves it there!!! She gets so excited when we turn into the driveway!!! It makes it much easier to leave her!!! Thank you camp bow wow for taking such good care of our baby!!!!

What do you like about our services?

I like the cleanliness, the fact that they know my dog by name, how my dog feels comfortable there. Also, when using the bath services, how nice he looks, smells and feels. I feel very confident leaving him there weather is for a day or fir extended stays, I know he is safe and well cared for.

What do you like about our services?

100% CUSTOMER FOCUSED. I called the evening before a family member was having surgery in a panic because I had to bring my dog in that night. She needed one of her shots but I had no time. The said "No problem, we can call a vet to come in and take care of it". They took her which gave me so much comfort and saved me a trip to the vet.Thank you Camp BOW WOW!

What do you like about our services?

The dogs have the freedom to play and/or sleep throughout the day (without being confined to a small kennel) and they can do their "business" whenever.... they don't have to wait until they're released outdoors.

I like having the grooming services available, and of course, the personnel are absolutely great!!!

What do you like about our services?

I was impressed with the attention and care given in introducing my Dog to other dogs. My dog had never been around other dogs before. She was very frightened. When I came to take her home she was still scared but her tail was no longer wrapped around her. After a second visit I hope she will be less afraid. I like your friendly staff and the web cams for watching the dogs remotely. I gather not all the suites have web cams. You probably have all you need, but a web gam in very suite would be nice.

It is a very friendly place! As soon as you walk in, the staff greet you and your dog. The place is so bright and clean. I felt so comfortable in dropping off my dog. When I picked him up, he didn't want to get in the car to leave!

What do you like about our services?

The individual attention given to my dog. I know everyone at Lawrenceville watches out for Bailey and has whatever is best for her as their main objective. Bailey has eating issues while at the kennel and everyone is on board and attentive to her individual needs. I am most grateful to everyone there that I can travel with my family and know that Bailey is safe and looked after.

First time, but Milo seemed to enjoy himself. Staff was excellent & patient with a dad leaving his dog baby at daycare for the first time. I am very comfortable in dropping him off next time. Took advantage of coupon for discounted initial visits.

What do you like about our services?

My dog came home and slept the rest of the afternoon...which was nice since he normally has so much energy all day long. I also liked that there was a camera of the play area so I could watch him all day!
