Everything!!!! Friendliness of staff and the fact that they know my dog's name upon sight, neat and clean facility, plenty of room for the campers to play. Most important, my dog gets an excellent workout and she's exhausted when I pick her up and for the next 24 hours she's pretty "quiet".
