What do you like about our services?

I am confident my dog is well taken care of. However on 2 occasions now, the staff never entered my overnight reservations in the computer,even though I had received a confirmation Email back at least a couple weeks in advance. This has been very irritating

I was very nervous about dropping my dog off the first time. I was reassured that I could watch on the cameras, call to check up and Anna was so confident in telling me he was in good hands. Great service overall!

Very thorough! Bailey couldn't wait to get in the building when we arrived.
Was not happy though to have to pay for a night I didn't/couldn't use due to schedule change despite the fact the Camp was notified 24 hours prior to pickup that our plans had changed.

What do you like about our services?

This was very positive experience for Ruby, she usually come back traumatized, it took days for her to be herself again from other places , but this time she was happy.
I also look at the cameras when I was away, and I seen your staff petting her, and giving her personalized attention.
Then she came back home after a good bath smelling like a brand new dog.

Thank you guys, you do a great job, we can tell you love dogs!

What do you like about our services?

I love that I can check in on the cameras anytime during the day, and that each time I do check there is a Camp Bow Wow employee in with the dogs. My dog comes home tired from a day of playing!

Everything! I especially appreciate the assistance in working with our rescue become more comfortable with other dogs and people. After only 3 weeks of twice weekly visits, the improvement in our dog is amazing - all I have to do is say "we're going to Camp today" and she runs around so excited to go. Thanks to Tami and her skilled and wonderful staff, our pooch is having fun. We can't thank you enough!

Staff are friendly, incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about all of the dogs. I have only been bringing my pup here for a week and already in awe of the awesome customer service.

I love love love camp bow wow!! My dog Zuno has a blast there! The staff is young and energetic. They always have smiles on their faces. It's clean and cute there and I love the cameras. It's so nice to be able to check on him on my phone while I'm at work. I can't say enough good things about their facility. The prices are great and it's so nice to bring home a tired dog! Zuno's energy level is so high and at least for that evening when we bring him home he is one tired dog! We love it!!

everyone is so friendly and appear to really like the dogs. When I watch the web cam I can see the counselors pet and hugging the dogs.

What do you like about our services?

The Staff is great! Jasper loves it there. I know he barks a lot while he is there but me comes home tired which is good while we are trying to watch tv. He always wants to play ball most night but not when he has spent the day at camp.
