The bigger rooms vs cages. The cameras, the all inclusive pricing. Staff have all been very nice when we are there. The dogs don't seem overly traumatized while there.

The front desk is always courteous and polite to owners and the dogs. The web cams make it great to be able to chk in, however I wish the video quality could improved.
