Feel confident that Shelly will get Great care & that we can be in contact with Staff & Viceversa If need be. Staff is always friendly , cheerful & genuinely appear to love the dogs. We love the drop in day care, as well as the boarding services provided by Camp Bow Wow. It's great to know the dogs when at day care are running around being dogs and getting loved on by the counselors at CBW. And when boarded they are given all the comforts of home and are well taken care of. We have found all of the camp counselors to be loving to all of their furry friends and that they know them all by name, and personality, makes you feel like you're leaving your furry family member in GREAT hands!
I like how I can view my fog 24/7 and I like how caring the staff are toward each dog.
We just had our initial visit, so I am not very knowledgable about your service. But they liked my Herbie and welcomed him. He was happy (and exhausted) when I picked him up after a few hours.
The cameras and that the dogs are separated by size. Also like how attentive the staff is during the day to the dogs.
