I'm really glad that I was sent this survey. I wanted to let the staff at Camp Bow Wow know how happy I am with their services and care. Last Tuesday Trey was groomed by Catherine. She has done a great job with him twice before. He just turned 2 so I am sure he is a handful. He always looks wonderful!!! The best part is that I think he feels so much better. He runs around in the back yard afterwards like he has new energy. Thanks Catherine! Also, the last couple of times that I have picked up Trey from Camp I have watched him on the webcam when I get there. He is playing so well and is having an absolute blast!!! He didn't want to leave yesterday when Mollie went to get him because he was having such a good time. Too funny! Thanks to all of you for your superb care, friendly attitude and unconditional love. Camp is very clean. Staff is excellent. This was the first time our pups have ever been away from home. We usually have someone come to our house to sit with them !~ Naturally, we were looking at the streaming video every day. The only problem was the streaming video was entirely too slow. All in all, our experience was great. We will definitely sign our pups up for other camping adventures with Camp Bow Wow. Thanks to all for taking such great care of our "boys".

Staff counselors are professional, friendly and very caring. The love and patience they show towards the dogs is very reassuring when leaving my fur-baby. A good indication that Sonny is well taken care of at Camp Bow Wow is his enthusiasm and excitement when we pull up to to the facilities. He sleeps for days after vacationing at Camp Bow Wow. I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving him any place else. I strongly recommend Camp Bow Wow.

I had my overly excitable dog there for spa day. Play, bath and cut. I couldn't possibly be any happier with the outcome!!!!!!
BEAR WAS WELL TAKEN OF AND WE LOVED THE WEBCAM. WE WERE ABLE TO WATCH OUR DOG RUN AND PLAY WHICH
MADE US FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE KNOWING HE WAS HAVING A GOOD TIME.

ALL OF THE STAFF THAT I HAVE INTERACTED WITH ARE WARM, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. RUGER LOVES IT AND ALWAYS COMES BACK EXHAUSTED AND FREE OF ANY DAMAGE. HE ALSO SEEMS TO LOVE THE STAFFERS WHEN WE SEE HIM ON CAMERA :)
Everyone is friendly and they truly love the dogs. I like that I can drop my loved ones off for day care anytime without an appointment.
You are all great! I love that I can watch my pooch while he's at day camp playing. You are all very accommodating, and always seem so happy to see your campers as they come in. I think the care/attention that you give the group is fantastic.
