Ease of scheduling on line, friendly staff, my dog is exciting every morning to go in. Wish the activities weren't an extra charge. Some activities should be including with the day care charge. Although I do appreciate not being charged if my dog doesn't like the activity.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. They understood that I was in an emergency situation and they were willing to take my nervous dog overnight. They said he did calm down as time went on, and I have a feeling he will be very happy to return, as will I.
I like when you drop off your dog how the staff greets you very cheerfully and is so sweet to your dog. They understand that the dogs can be nervous and are very kind to them. I love the camp theme too. It just makes the place feel more fun! I like how clean the facilities are and love the pet cams. You are able to watch your dog the whole time they are there except in the cabins. The staff is very quick to walk between the dogs if they are getting too playful and do it in a very low-key way which works. I also love how the dogs are free to go outside and inside all day! Camp Bow Wow is a great place for doggie daycare or boarding!

I love how excited everyone is when I drop off Clyde in the morning- including Clyde! We know he is well taken care of at his second home- Camp!

Everyone at CBW is always so friendly and helpful. They are also super knowledgeable which fills us with so much confidence when we board our dog for long stays. He gets so excited when we drop him off. We can see him having a great time on the livecams!

I like that the large dogs play together. I like that there is a large inside and outside place for them to play. I like the camera, too! Also, everyone that works there is very nice and happy to be spending time with their guests! Thank you, very much!

Such friendly staff and they are always there to answer the phone when I check on him! My Theodore had such fun playing with his canine and people friends! I love that they offer extras during his stay. Allows me to feel like he has a little bit of home when he's staying at Camp Bow Wow.
The camp counselors are great! They seem to really care about the dogs. My dog loves to go to camp. She goes several times per week and she has boarded there many times and she is always very well cared for. I feel very comfortable with my dog being at Camp Bow Wow Tonawanda. I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you!

The employees are hands down the best! My scared dog wasn’t used to being in a large group with other dogs and the counselors made sure have the other dogs give him some space until he was a little more confident with himself. He had a great experience and actually enjoyed himself. The next time we brought him in for an overnight my dog was comfortable and actually played! We brought him home and this one year old puppy slept the whole night! We also enjoyed that peaceful evening and definitely will bring our pup back and keep him social and also a tired pup is a good puppy!!!

Staff is always very friendly when checking in or out. Only complaint I could say is sometimes there is a strong urine odor in the lobby when walking in.
