Great people, great place! Chester can be a handful but by trying to overcome this with love and care he gets better every day. Other daycares might lock him up in a cage for a lot of the day. The great people here work with him to make sure that he can integrate into the pack. Thank you all.

What do you like about our services?

The employees provide excellent customer service and are very friendly. I know that my dog is being well cared for, making it easier for me to leave him while I’m away.

The staff is friendly and is always excited to see the kids (pups) when they come in (not just mine)
The location is in a great spot and easy to get in and out of.
Baths always make the kids smell amazing!
Camp Bow Wow.. is just ... WOW!

I always appreciate when they have made exceptions for my boy to stay on last minute requests when I have either had family or work emergencies.

Michelle is an excellent 5 Star groomer whom we trust as we always know that our fur baby is not only treated with love, but also looks fabulous after his time with her. Michelle communicates any health issues or concerns she might notice and that is very much appreciated. She is THE BEST!!!

We were vacationing in the area, and it was so nice being able to just schedule a reservation on the app for the closest CBW to where we were staying. Easy drop off and pick up, very friendly staff. Thank you for making our little vacation easy on all of us!

Cut and grooming were very nice. Groomer and staff were also very informative and courteous. Our pup seemed happy when we left. Much nicer experience than with our last groomer.

My pup Clancy thinks that Camp Bow Wow Rochester is the best (and I agree)! Clancy is 15 months old and has been at Camp Bow Wow since he was just a little guy. The camp counselors are wonderful with him. He gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. It gives me peace of mind to know that Clancy is in such good hands, well cared for and happy. I also love that I can check in on him on the cameras and now and then I even get a text message with a photo attached. Best of all - he comes home tired from playing with friends all day. Thanks Camp Bow Wow!
