Our puppy (18 months now) and previous geriatric lab both found buddies and loved to visit Camp BowWow. Although we don’t go daily, the camp is welcome respite for the family on very busy days; we like knowing the pups can play instead of being cooped up in the apartment. And we’ve also felt good about boarding them when we need to be away.

Rocky has been there during our vacation time since he
was 9 months old ( he is now 7 ). He loves the staff there and gets along with all the other dogs ! We can always count on him being freshly bathed and worn out from “ his vacation “.

I love that you can see your pet on video during their time at daycare. The staff is amazing as well.

Everyone was really kind and you could tell they were ‘dog people’. Penny liked everyone there and she had a good time with the day care and birding. There was a small issue, but it got taken care of quickly. I love the puppy cams as well, it’s fun to take a quick peak and see my pup having a good time socializing with other dogs.

The Staff at Camp Bow Wow are very friendly to both 2 & 4 legged customers. My dog seldom goes to doggie daycare so was a little hesitant on the first day. After that he knows he's in for a safe & enjoyable day so can't wait to get going.
I would recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone going to Las Vegas. Your fur baby will be in good hands.

Based on my experience,it’s the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the care that my dog rec’d, the transparency what I mean is I can watch my dog during playtime and overall cleanliness of the facility. As said I strongly recommend Camp bow wow to every dog owner who really love and care there pet it’s like home away from home for pets.

I have to say I tried another place this week in Henderson, and I was not sold at all! They like to mix huge dogs with little one and even they mention they always make assessments just to make sure they are not aggressive, I still don't thing that a chihuahua should be mix with a giant dog, dogs are always dogs and can snap at any moment. Any ways, I'm happy to bring Peluche to Camp Bow Wow! he's much happier here! the place is cleaner and they have more people observing the dogs.

The staff are outstanding here, there are some standouts like Colin and Valerye and Amanda and I'm afraid there are several others whose names I just don't recall correctly, a great moring front desk young woman (not Eli although Eli's great too, and she told me her name and I already forgot, dark hair, glasses, she's great).

The dogs are happy there. The process is great. I've had other daycare places not get their acts together when checking in or out and you sit there 10 minutes before they can even get your dog in and there's barking and pandemonium the whole time. Not the case at Camp Bow Wow. They get your dogs in which frees you up to do the financial transaction. Very smart. Checking out is just as pleasant.

I've used daycare and boarding and grooming and the only area for improvement to me is the grooming side but that seems to be just related to turnover. I'm not happy a groomer isn't available every day because I happen to use daycare on Wednesdays but I think someone can still do the nail trims anyway so that's a plus if that works out (trying first time later today).

But you can't argue customer service, care and compassion are all top notch on the daycare and boarding side. Keep Valerye. Keep Colin. Keep the handlers!!!!

Camp Bow Wow has given us a fun, safe place for our young, active dog to interact and play with other dogs. It’s fun to see the variety of dog breeds and sizes “hanging out “ together. It’s a great energy outlet! The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. The camp is clean and well cared for. The grooming options are a real bonus for us. Camp BowWow has given us the freedom to enjoy a free day while our dog is having a “dog” day!
