Kindness of staff to my dog and friendliness of staff to me. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
The staff were great. They answered questions and talked over the process of getting the dogs assessed to join Camp Bow Wow. The video camera access is a really nice so you can checking on the pups. My dogs came back happy and worn out. Love it!
Staff is fun and great with my boys! They love going to Camp Bow Wow. They almost pull my shoulder out of the socket to get inside when we come. Staff is attentive and always have stories to share.
Samson always looks happy when I mention Camp Bow Wow. This time he went right to the half door and jumped to see what was going on. He is a relatively quiet dog but always seems to enjoy his time with you. Your baths are also wonderful
The location is convenient for me. The staff are always friendly and greet my dog by name. I like the bath and nail trim services and the enrichment programs are terrific.
Great place to send your pup. Real dog friendly people work here. Ruby has been going for 3+ years. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Avondale.

Camp Bow Wow is my dog’s second home! He loves going to Camp. Their facility is very clean and their staff is so friendly.

I LOVE that the folks at Camp Bow Wow treat my pups like their own, love them. I am sooooo fond of cuddle time among many other things. I always add a bath and they come home fresh and happy!
Staff are friendly and caring of pets. My big concern is that pets are well cared for and Camp Bow Wow does just that. They are also efficient in ensuring pet meds are given as prescribed.
Close to our home, friendly staff, the only draw back is no boarding package, so we go to another place for boarding most of the time.

We love Camp Bow Wow!! Our doodle, Bailey is so happy to be there. As soon as we pull into the parking lot she gets excited. The staff is wonderful! They truly love their four legged clients.
I like the fact that the dogs are monitored by staff at all times, and even though the webcams are a bit blurry, I still like the fact that I can check up on Laci at any time.
The one thing I would HIGHLY recommend, is for new clients, you go over the schedules prior to booking. I know it's on the website, but when I read the weekend hours, I honestly thought you were closed for playtime. I had planned on bringing Laci on my way to Stockton on a Saturday around 10:30. Thankfully I called and was told she had to be there by 10:00A.
I also don't like the fact that on weekends they spend most of their time in the cabins. People resort to day care on weekends because they don't want to crate their pups all day while out.
I loved the extra special one on one time I purchased for her. Malina was absolutely fantastic. I loved the feedback, and I loved the pictures.
My recommendations would be to go over schedules verbally for new clients and let us know how the weekends work. Honestly, I will try not to bring Laci back on a weekend.
Overall, I think the place is great. It's a good time for the dogs and helps get them socialized.
The dogs get to play together. May Australian Shepherd really likes going there.
I like how personable the staff is, it helps to leave our pups for extended stays. Reassures us that they'll be taken care of. I really enjoy the online feeds, let us check in and see our dogs when we're missing them and we're away. I do get annoyed about how strict the medical records have to be, but that shows me that they want all the dogs to be healthy and avoid spreading sickness. Overall it's been a great experience every time we've used Camp Bow Wow, I have (and will) recommend it to my closest friends and family. They do a great job!
The ease of drop off and pick up
The staff is fantastic! Led by Ashton, who always looks out for your pets, you can't find a better staff in the area. Thank you for everything you all do!
They take notes about your pet, to help the other employees know feeding habits and special needs.
The staff here is super friendly. They seem genuinely happy to see both me and my pup. They are clear dog lovers my dog always arrives and leaves with lots of wag.
