There is a lot to like...the facility is clean, has a very effective layout to give the campers a safe place to play and is in a convenient location. Whats not to like? But you didn't ask what we love. The entire staff is great. We, along with Kona, love the staff. They care about the animals and are quick to point out any concerns; this has been very helpful in keeping our Kona healthy. When we leave Kona for overnight camping, we know she is cared for (actually spoiled) and safe. This is the human viewpoint. What really counts is that when we pull up to Camp Bow Wow, Kona's tail is thumping on the seat and she is ready to go...that is the real test. Camp Bow Wow would get a double thumbs up if Kona had thumbs. Best to all... The French Family

The ability for a dog to be allowed to play together instead of being kept in individual cages. I have needed to kennel my pet on other occasions, but I have no way of knowing for sure that the dog was exercised. I really liked the video ability.
Friendliness of staff, everyone just loves my kids. Feel very comfortable leaving them there..

That you will hand-feed our dog and the exercise pens with opportunity for him to mix with other dogs and 'counselors'. Without this, he would shut down at the kennel and have trouble surviving our long vacations.
Love the way the employee welcome me and my dog. Also the price is great. And the fact that I can view my dog on my computer or phone.

Very friendly hands on and professional
Staff is always very friendly. Love driving away knowing our Gunther boy is going to be in good hands. The peace of mind knowing he is fed and interacting with other dogs all day is an awesome feeling. It is always a bonus when we pick him up and he sleeps for 2 days straight to recover from all the fun he had!
Facility appears to be very clean. The staff are friendly. I like the fact that my dog is not so confined such as to a crate or kennel but that she can have outside time as well as inside time and be able to mingle with other dogs if she wants to and exercise her legs rather than having to lay or sit all day. Also like the idea that I can visually go online and check on her.

I love that I know my fur kid is well taken care of when she is at camp bow wow. I dont have to worry about a thing. everyone is so nice, flexible when i can drop her off. I am super happy with everyone there.
Literally, EVERYTHING! Makes ME want to go to camp! haha...the dogs (x3) were WIPED OUT exhausted after their "behavioral interview" last week! They slept & slept when they got home... Will DEFINITELY spread the word amongst my K9 owner friends!
I like the flexibility of the services.
Although I am new to the "bow-Wow" family, our little dog seems to like it, and that's what matters most. It sets my mind at ease when I have to leave her for extended periods.
Our dog seems to be happy when she stays at Camp Bow Wow. The staff is always friendly and treat the dogs well.
Melissa really knows our dog and how she reacts, what to do if she's not eating, she really knows our girl's personality. Everyone else is very good, but Melissa is outstanding.
We board our pup every 2-3 weeks, because we often have to travel for work and also take her in 1-3 times a week when we don't work from home. Lola, our pup, absolutely loves going to day care. We love it because she gets to run around with all her friends and comes home happy and tired! We also love that we can watch her on the puppy cam at work or when we travel to see how she is doing and we can also check out the pictures of her having fun on Facebook. Overall, I just love how the staff welcomes me when I come in and how they know my pup and always seem excited to see her. I highly recommend Camp Bow Bow! Definitely a loyal customer here!
