What do you like about our services?

Many things! I like the fact that my dogs like to go and can jump, run and play; I like the fact that you monitor them well and give them rest time.
I also like these other things very much: that you can drop off and pick up any time between 7 and 7; that you can bring your dog's food, and medications at no extra cost; that you can bring their beds and toys and treats; and that family dogs can share cabins.
And I also love the staff here. And did I mention that I like the fact that we can watch them on video cam!
I have recommended Camp BowWow many times.
I also like the fact that you use my personal vet who I also love, Drs. Jamie and Jason at Aloha.
There is not one negative I can think of. Not even a "needs improvement". Thank you Michelle and everyone at CBW

What do you like about our services?

I like the friendliness of the staff and their attentiveness to both our pets and their owners. I also like how clean the facility is and how well-run it seems to be. I would strongly recommend this doggie daycare to friends/family.

What do you like about our services?

Stsff appears to be knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and most of all caring for the campers or prospective campers. Our Great Dane seemed to have a great experience at his meet & greet and felt at home with Holly's Great Dane, Marmaduke and the other campers.
Wife and I are appreciative of the ability to watch campers via cameras. Services appear to be well thought out, run like a business in a clean and friendly environment.

What do you like about our services?

You can watch your dog on the camera from wherever you are. The environment is clean and doesn't smell. The staff is super friendly. My dog gets lots of play time and isn't cooped up in a kennel all day.

I love how friendly all of the associates are when we come in to pick up or drop off our dog. They seem to pay close attention to the dogs as they have a good feel for his personality and his antics.

There is always someone going in the play area to play , monitor, and clean up after the dogs. Like the calls I get when my dog is not eating or he is anxious and letting me know what you are doing about it. Love the web cam so I see how my dog is doing. Web cam could be better get a slow motion on I my computer and iPad which are fairly new.

We loved Sharon (the owner). She was very knowledgeable about dog's behavior and patient with us. I liked several things about Camp Bow Wow better than other doggy day care. 1. Great customer service. 2. Staff were attentive and understand that your dog is not just your pet, they are your family. 3. Cleanness. 4. Live cam. 5. They would follow your instructions (if provided) when you do the overnight camp. I feel safe and secure when I leave my baby there.
