They are interested in your dog and know how they behave. They give good feedback when you return and ask questions specific to you dog. They treat them like you would like to have them treated.
Poppy loves the people there. There was a glitch this time. I had a three night reservation, picking Poppy up Saturday. I left a note with my cell phone number and my neighbor's cell in case there was a problem. Friday night while I was out of town someone left a message on my home phone saying I had to pick Poppy up because they were closing. When I went in Saturday the woman there was very apologetic, didn't know what had happened but was determined to find out. I knew you would not let Poppy loose in the street but it was a bit of a worry.

Lela is always so excited when I here to Camp Bow Wow. I love knowing she is safe and having a good time while we are away for the day. I am also thrilled they can give her a bath when I ask.

I don't have to worry about my dog when he's in your care. I know that he's safe and being well cared for. Your staff goes the extra mile -- even when we needed to do boarding on short notice.

My puppies are having so much fun at Camp Bow Wow. We have been a little bit worried because they were gaining some weight. I think by coming to Camp Bow Wow they will run around and play all day instead of laying in their beds waiting because they are home alone.

I was very impressed with how clean and organized the facility was. Jessie, the manager was very professional and you could see how much she loved the animals. My girls are not used to being around so many other dogs. Jessie took the time and slowly introduced them to the others so they were not overwhelmed or frightened. I am confident they will be safe and well cared for at Camp Bow Wow.
