I appreciate that the dogs are in the play yard all day and aren't left in a kennel for their entire stay. I'm excited for them to stay when we go on vacation because I know they will get lots of playtime and attention that we don't have to pay extra for :) they had a great time on their first day!
The people were very friendly and the guy who took our dog to the back gave us good information about how our dog did while we were gone. I also really like the dog cameras.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, knowing my dog received the same treatment I'd give her and finally the video experience. All of these attributes eased the anxiety I had about boarding Ms. Diva for an extended period of time.
