You can see the dogs playing no matter where you are. The hours you are open are good also.

tolerant staff...no matter how many silly things I need you to do for my dogs while they are there, staff never makes me feel like a neurotic dog mommy. they are just as excited and enthusiastic about loving dogs as I am. They are friendly, responsible and knowledgeable. My dogs always look great when they come home from staying with you which cannot be said for all kennels/boarding facilities. thx for all the great services you provide.
Communication. I love the report cards at the end of the day! I love that you have webcams that I can watch my pup on. And, I love that your cabin areas are clean and spacious. My dog LOVES Camp Bow Wow!
