Cute, clean facilities, friendly staff. If I had to wish for one thing, it would be that the owner/staff showed a real affection for the animals. It's very business-like. It would be awesome to see everyone happy - enjoying their jobs and sharing the joy with the pups. I want to know my pup is getting emotional support, too! :-)
Everything! Our 3 dogs are so happy at Camp Bow Wow! It puts our minds at ease to know they are at such a loving place while we are away! Happy Doggies!! And Happy Parents!!
your staff knows the dogs by name and I feel comfortable leaving town with them being somewhere that cares about each dog.
i like that i can look in at my dog, i was a bit disappointed though when i peeked in and i saw the person in the play area with the dogs on the phone. Also that my dogs treats were not given to her and that she had poop stuck to her fur on her behind. I have taken her here before and have not experienced this. I did appreciate an email with a picture of her and an update on how she was doing. I felt like perhaps you are not providing the same attention to detail as before.

Super Clean facility. Friendly staff. Dogs separated by size and temperament. In short everything! don't change a thing.
I was very pleased with the love for the dogs that each worker showed. They made is feel like our "baby" was important to them. I am impressed with the attention given to each dog and getting to know each dogs personality. We definitely will bring Beth back when she needs boarding or just for a day for exercise.
