First and Foremost is that our dog Rover loves to go to Camp Bow Wow to visit her buddies, dogs and counselors alike. She can get her bath and nails done too.

Facility was very clean and appropriate. Staff was super friendly, caring, and attentive. They took the time to introduce our dogs to other dogs in a most patient way. Our dogs (two 8 year old Golden Retrievers) were very happy there for almost a week and we were very thankful to have found such a nice place when we needed it!

Everyone is so friendly and the business is very clean. The employees seem to truly love animals.
Clean and well staffed. Staff is friendly and interacts well with our dog. While our dog is always very eager to come home he does not make a fuss when we bring him there.
Requests are followed. My little nervous Nellie was not a good eater. But staff worked with her and figured out that she would eat when no one is around. Her visit this time was within 6 weeks of last visit and she well at normal times.
I ask that she get a little running time a couple times a day with the rest of the dogs just for exercise. She is timid and more comfortable up front in a small pen in the office area. When I came to pick her up, she was not in the pen. She had been removed and put in the back because she seemed bothered by a couple dogs who were noisy. She was evidently sitting in a corner by herself. I appreciate the fact that staff noticed she was uncomfortable and addressed the situation. When she was brought up front she was as happy as could be.
As I said. I appreciate the fact that the staff works with the dogs and is aware of their needs, if any.
