We’ve been using Camp Bow Wow for years! Started in Texas and we were so glad to see a location near us in Washington (Monroe). The staff have been so incredibly nice to myself and my husband, and they took great care of our Joonie girl during her interview day. We can’t wait for her to spend time with them on our upcoming vacations, you can tell she had such a fun time at Camp Bow Wow Monroe!
You take very goo care of my fur babies. I never have to be worried about leaving them in your care. A day, a weekend, or two weeks. I know that they will be cared for.

We love camp Bow Wow, we have only had on concern with the Loveland campus but they were good and getting back to us and answering questions about or dogs stay. They are great about getting your dog their exercise and caring them daily.
Camp Bow-Wow Las Vegas staff provides great communication, attention to the dogs and their needs (as evidenced on the Camper Cams), and a very convenient location. The only thing I'd like to see is the potential for later pick-up times for dogs, as I've had to cut short convention attendance and social events in order to pick up my dog before 7:00 pm.
Although not cheap, they are dependable, reliable and friendly. You can go on your vacation with peace of mind knowing your pet is going to be well taken care of.

Our pup has a blast there. However, the only feedback we have is the last time we were there one employee and another woman were talking loudly (with no 'we'll be right with you') and there was another customer in front of us that was also picking up her pup. It didn't seem like her nor us were being helped. Perhaps short staffed? Definitely took 20-30 mins to pick up our pup which has never been the case. I'd propose next time if an employee is on break or having a conversation at the front as least have her say "someone will be with you". No one was around or as helpful as they typically are. Thank you.

My Labrador always comes home happy and well exercised from playing with her friends. She also knows what days she is going and is so excited to leave the house for playtime. Lives all the staff and they love her too!

Staff are terrific! Friendly and clearly love the dogs brought in.
Nice to be able to see our dog Cinnamon if we want to.
He, Cinnamon, never hesitates in going with any staff person when we take him to Bow Wow.
He's never picked up any kind of illness, etc. after being at Bow Wow.
Camp Bow Wow provides a safe, clean environment for our boxer to be when we are out of town. We love knowing she is being well taken care of!

Great employees who care about the puppies in their care
10 out of 10! Very helpful and courteous staff. The facility is well-kept and very clean with no odor. The staff explained everything and answered all of our questions during the puppy introduction. I use Camp Bow Wow north Scottsdale as my standard when visiting any other doggy daycare when I’m out of the area. And to be honest, have not found another facility like it.
Friendly. They always know my dogs. My dogs love coming.....they get excited when I pull into the parking lot!

Everything! Love how teacup room is large enough for the dogs to roam around! The staff members are super friendly and makes it easy for dogs to feel comfortable. We were visiting from Illinois and our Lucy loved being here during our stay in AZ!
Sassy always is happy to enter the camp unlike her actions going to her groomer. Also the video cameras allow me to check on her when I get a moment.
I really appreciated the photos and videos from Myles’ enrichment sessions! It made me feel more comfortable being able to see how much fun he was having at camp :)
