Ease of use and treat dogs well.
The first thing I was really impressed with was the sanitation. For business that caters to dogs, you don't smell dogs. It smells clean.
A second thing I appreciate about Camp Bow Wow is that I know when I drop my dogs off they are in a secure safe location with people who really care about them.
I can watch on camera through the day to see what they're up to and the level of interaction tells me my dogs are happy and loved while they are at camp.

Ellie has the best time at Camp Bow Wow everytime she goes. She is always excited to see all her friends!!! She never has a bad day. The counselors are amazing.

My dog can walk around with other dogs as opposed to being in a crate. The staff are friendly and enjoy caring for the dogs. Pleasant atmosphere.
The staff are very friendly and they already know my fur baby by name! They tell me what she did while at camp. My fur baby was terrified to go to the first few days and now she doesn’t even look back! Which tells me she is having a BLAST! Thanks Camp Bow Bow for watching my fur baby and giving her time for socializing when I can’t!
Indie seemed happy when I saw her on camera. Her grooming seemed pretty good except she had a yellow tint to her beard and her bottom didn't seemed to be trimmed .Only reason I didn't give a ten you didn't give her her gland x and toothbrush dentix daily

I especially like the flexibility in your packages and drop off and pick up times. It really works for us. We have had issues with other places that lack the flexibility such as requiring you to buy packages on a monthly renewal!
