The facility focuses on safety of the animals and people and is regularly cleaned. I also like that I am able to watch the activity.
Scutter had a GREAT time boarding at the Boise facility, we were a bit worried since he only ever played at the Meridian location prior. He was tired and appeared to have fun on camera, I also appreciated the notes I received from the camp counselors :)

The entire staff is so attentive and loving towards our elderly dog. They are the best.
This is our first time using Camp Bow Wow but we wanted to give it a try. Our dog is 12 and has been boarded many times in the past but not at a facility where there regular interaction with other dogs so this was a new experience. They seem to be very organized. Check-in & check-out was very efficient. The team appears to enjoy the animals and interact with them in the open areas. Our dog is a bit older so he didn't interact a lot with the other dogs and tends to gravitate more to the employees when they came into the pens but I think overall they did a good job and I would definitely recommend them.

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow....every staff member is so nice, kind and helpful. There's no way we could do our jobs if Camp Bow Wow wasn't around.
We especially like using the app to purchase blocks of daycare and schedule daycare for Mango (our golden). It makes planning for our work schedule so much easier.
The ability to watch him on the cam is nice too just to see how he's interacting with the other campers.
The owners and the staff are THE BEST !!! I could not imagine leaving my babies with anyone else !! I recommend them every chance I get .

I love that my Sparky loves the staff. He knows when we have arrived and just starts cuddling and kissing all the staff that greet him. They must be doing something right while he is there. And the staff to me are super friendly, I have no complaints.
