Good haircut, but app was awful. Listed 4 hour wait, but most were no-shows, so stylists were waiting.

Easy to use the app and get checked in. Stylist was really nice. Haircut was in line for what I paid for it. Some stylists will trim eyebrows, she never offered. No big deal. I came in because of the offer of the neck massage I day on TV, and was disappointed when that didn’t happen. Saw the ad again, and in really small print at the end “not available in Oregon or Washington”. But overall… Good experience

My husband came back after 6 months. He has Parkinsons Disease and had fallen and broken his hip. TG was amazing with him. Made him feel welcome and treated him carefully. Thank you TG! Oh, and his haircut was great ( after several weeks of my home hacks!)

The service was exceeded! However, the wait time in the queue system is not very accurate due to cancellations by many customers. Would be good to find a way to reduce down appointment cancellations or no shows.

I love the way TG makes me feel as a customer. She’s very friendly and professional, she’s also very courteous. I recently had to bring my 3 year old daughter with me while I was getting my haircut and she made me and my daughter feel super comfortable. I feel like she went above and beyond. I love her haircuts from her too, for which I always get compliments.

Check-in online system was a huge help as the location I visited was understaffed and the wait time was almost 4 hours. The system kept me updated regarding my stylist's availability and ensured I didn't miss my appointment, nor spend too much time in the store waiting.
Fatima gave me an excellent haircut and beard trim and I will look forward to my next visit with her!
