I was a walk-in and was very lucky to not have to wait. Appointments are greatly encouraged, but this was my first time and didn't know any better. In any case, they got me right in and Ragen did a first-rate job on me. I couldn't be happier with the friendly service and great haircut she gave! She definitely earned my business.

My son and I both got haircuts. he's been going there since we moved to AZ, 8 months ago. it's close to our house which is how we stumbled across it. the staff is always kind and amazing. I went drastic and cut all my hair off and the girl was so kind and compassionate about the whole experience, which was what I needed. they always do a great job. No matter who does the cuts. I'm always happy when we leave there.
