The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hair products are good quality at a reasonable price. I took my 10 yr old son in and he had a specific haircut in mind. At first he didn't want to go to Sport Clips, but his usual hair cut place closed and moved locations. I convinced him to go to Sport Clips. When I showed Krystina the picture, she said that the style wouldn't work for him. At first we were a little bummed, but then she explained why. She said the type of hair on the model in the pic was different than my son's and that it wouldn't come out looking like the pic. She then convinced him that she could do something similar but with his type of hair. She made him feel at ease the entire time. When it was over, he was very happy with the result. She really knew her stuff. When we left, my son told me to remember her name so he could go to her next time. I am very pleased.
