The staff are always professional and know when I am not up for the forced small talk that’s required of them and they respect that. The MVP hot towel and massage are a nice touch. I just wish the staff wasn’t forced to try to sell me products for commissions and quotas every 2 minutes. Suggestion... start carrying products guys actually use... like Duke Cannon or Everyman Jack... I don’t like Paul Mitchell or any of that other garbage corpate pushes. It’s way overpriced. Besides most of it is useless after my high fade anyway. Thanks You.
