Everyone there was really nice and friendly, I had Megan as my hair stylist and she walked through all the services that she can do and was very helpful with questions regarding choices on how exactly I wanted my hair cut.

Everyone is personable and they all do a great job promoting the brand and exposing me to new and different products with personal recommendations.
On this day I learned of some difficult news regarding my cancer diagnosis. Dee was generous of heart in learning of my situation. I just needed to be somewhere where I could focus on something other. Dee shared how this day was the "ONLY day she didn't ride her bike to work" and then she learned it was national ride your bike to work day - DOH! :)))) I appreciated the laugh.
Beyond that, Dee gave me a great cut! (after which Dee gave me a supportive hug - thanks) I received several compliments on my cut since!
I would be remiss if I didn't also identify Devan (another stylist) who personally engaged me and asked how I was doing (she cut my hair last).
I recognize that the associates are only as good as the management's support of them. This store has it righ!

I like the online check-in and seeing the wait time etc, it’s very convenient. I appreciate how clean the shop is kept.
We found a barber who is very talented and does a great job with my sons’ curly hair. So we are repeat customers.
We where running short on time for Jamesons soccer game but Kay cut his hair fast and perfect. KAY IS AWESOME.
The service was awesome!!! Both my sons hair and mine turned out great. We only came because our normal hair dresser we go to was booked up. We will be switching be our faces look perfect!!!

The stylist was excellent she listened and did exactly what Anthony wanted her to do.
They all give a great haircut especially Greg. And they sell only the best products. I always feel comfortable with all of the stylists as we always have a great conversation during the cut. I found them 4 years ago and have kept coming back.

Everything from the time you enter and are greeted until you walk out after your MVP service is outstanding! The staff, especially Cherry, are great at making sure you have the look you want. I almost always walk out with one of the products used. Cherry will ask if I want to try something different and I usually end up buying it.
