Usually done in about 20 minutes, even with the MVP treatment. Everyone is very friendly and always greets me with a smile.
MVP is great but it could be a little longer without chargeing more . not sure what the normal time should be but it seems short

The hair stylists are very nice and extremely patient with my boys.
I took my 5 year old son in for a haircut and Greg was awesome with him. He talked to him the whole time and made him feel special. We love it there. Never a problem.
My hairstylist is fantastic. She cuts my hair exactly the way I want her too. Amanda is very talented and friendly. I really appreciate her.

I liked everything about the service. The only bad thing is that each time I have been there the price keeps going up for the haircuts. Also I think you should offer more coupons for your customers.

The whole atmosphere is perfect. I want my basement to look like your stores. Minus the hair stations. My son loves it! And for myself I just tried it for the first time and it was one of my best cuts and my stylists actually got me to switch to a paste instead of a gel and its so much better. I have even recieved complime ts from co worker's. The staff is always super nice and talkative with the kids. I will definetly be a returning g customer.

The cut is always great and Amanda is very pleasant and doesn't assume anything. She always asks what I want, just in case I change my mind.
