I am picky about who cuts my hair. I have been to a few places since moving to the area just over a year ago. In Arkansas I had the same stylist cutting my hair for over two years and I just could not find that connection here in NC. Then I met Regan. Great personality is patient with me, listens to my concerns and does a fantastic job on my hair. I am comfortable with Regan and will be coming back to see her again.
Nothing bad but it’s just a place to stop in for a last minute haircut, wouldn’t necessarily recommend to others

towels infused with essential oils are a great relaxing feature.

Wonderful stylist that cut my hair. Very pleasant. Please recognize her for her excellent customer service and all around experience that she provided. Waited 35 mins before being seated and if it wasn’t for her customer service, I would not return or recommend. But due to her, I will be back and will request her EVERYTIME.
Dropping the senior haircut pricing. I was very pleased with the haircut but im not sure if I will returning. I understand price increases but to completely eliminate tells me you don’t want senior business. Im very disappointed.

Usually have a great experience and don’t feel like I’m being rushed through. There were only two people working and the queue was 2 hours. I did an online reservation and arrived on time, but still waited 30 minutes. The process was rushed and I didn’t feel like the hair washing experience and back massage was even close to the time usually given.
The haircut is nice
Miss Alisha was very friendly and polite. Very nice attitude and professional. Always with a smile. Did a wonderful job cutting my hair. I will definitely go back and ask for her services again.
