Chardonnay is THE absolute best! I’ve gone to expensive salons and old fashion barber shops and I’ve never had someone as great, nice or consistent as her. I recently had to go in for a quick cut before a funeral and she wasn’t in that day… my experience was no where near like when she’s there. Her radiant personality, ever changing hair color, and wonderful skill behind the shears makes her THE ONLY reason I come back to that location! Seriously, she’s the absolute best ever! I am going to regret sharing this review with the public because I don’t want her overrun, BUT everyone deserves a chance in her chair and Chardonnay deserves all the clients!

It may be helpful if people can check-in for a haircut 30 minutes before your stores open. People like me with very limited windows of free time would appreciate the ability to check-in at 9:30am for a slot when the store opens at 10am rather than wait until the check-in opens at 10am and find that there's an opening but I can't get there immediately because I work 10 minutes from the store.
