I have always believed that one good turn deserves another, so it is my absolute pleasure to tell you that Shelby at the Brier Creek store is a freakin' all-star. She gave me two of the best haircuts of my life over the summer and, after I had a mishap with a different stylist last month, has just done it again. I'm honestly blown away with how clean and stylish it looks now compared to when I walked in yesterday morning, and she is my hero for getting me and my coif back on our feet again. How my hair looks is such a big contributor to my mood and self-confidence, so I'm truly grateful to be back in business. Whatever rewards and distinctions you bestow on your stylists, I assure you that no one is more deserving than Shelby--she's the best!

I am always happy with the skill of the stylists, no matter which location, I can always count on a good haircut. I really enjoy the shampoo and this time I did the extra scalp massage. Of course the massaging chair and hot towel are wonderful! I like the cold towel in the summer!! Can’t beat (no pun intended) the back massage afterward - just wish it were longer. My stylist took extra care of me so she got a nice tip!

I love the five minutes of peace a month I get when I get the MVP. Hot towel, vigorous shampoo, and massage are all very nice and relaxing.

Decent haircut for a fair price. E-check-in is kind of hit or miss depending upon how busy things are. Place of business in too small to accommodate growing customer demand, waiting area with social distancing, etc. Plenty of open barber chairs but only three barbers.

Great Service for a decent price.

Yeah the haircut was really nice, though I asked for a medium fade instead of a high fade. But it turned out good. though I really liked the massage concept with the hair wash. never experienced that before so I really liked it.

I just walked in without an appointment and had to wait only 20 minutes. 7 months of hair was gone in 5 minutes. Very pleased with the results.

Harcutter was exceptional; prepared herself w/ my history of previous cuts at Sport Clips, and w/ only a 15 second pre-cut discussion she did a thorough job - I was very pleased!
