The politeness of your staff is anazing. I had the honor of having my haircut done by the manager of the Apex,NC store. She was very nice and did an excellent job on my hair and beard trim. I got there when they opened and by the time I left it was very busy, however she took her time, and insured my haircut was up to standards. By the way, there were only 2 stylists there on a busy,busy Sunday. Kudos to those 2 women, I will definitely be returning and next time I will be asking for the manager(thanks,Bree) to help me again!!
This was the first time I had a stylist, Gris, who was unfriendly. She also nearly drowned me when shampooing and filled both ears with water. Then she pulled the bowl over my ears—my neck is still sore after 3 days. First time I’ve given a bad review of anyone at Sport Clips.

Stylists who listen to my requests and give me a haircut I ask for. I have to wear a mask because of my wife's health and each stylist is very accommodating by wearing a mask also. Just great service--very professional.
Lauren was absolutely the best customer service I have ever gotten at any hair salon. I actually have been going to another place to get my haircuts but had a bad experience and Lauren was not only able to correct their mistakes but also made it look exactly how I wanted. I will only be coming back to this location from now on.
