More often than I would like, I wait way too long between haircuts, but that's never been a problem for every single stylist I've worked with. They're fast and yet, my hair looks great afterward! I also love that they push additional services and products without being pushy. Note that I have only ever visited the Sport Clips on Crossroads Blvd in Cary, North Carolina.

Straightforward process with wait times right in an app. Certainly the stylist (Leilani) has me keep coming back once I found one that cut my hair as expected and was pleasantly conversational as well. Only docking a point for the app estimates being a decent bit off, but I'm sure that's difficult to get right in this environment.
