I’ve reviewed this place before and happy to do it again. It caters to men. There are TVs in the salon tuned to sports. The products are for men. Stylists are generally friendly. The MVP offering is a nice touch. If you are unfamiliar, you get a cut, shampoo, and scalp massage and a hot facial towel while sitting in a massage chair. It is very relaxing and depending on the Stylists mood, it can be either a few short minutes or something a little longer. They offer senior and military discounts.
The app is good. You can check-in online and select your stylist and you get an approximate wait time. It will alert you when you are next in line, and if you share your location, it will know when you are arriving at the store and displays that fact on the client board. You still have to actually check-in at the counter. I wish I could do on that the app.
The only real miss with the whole setup is when your preferred stylist finishes early and you’re still a few minutes out, if someone waiting has selected “First Available”, then you’ll wait while she works on that customer. So best to arrive several minutes before.
If the app offered the ability to input an ETA and with location-sharing enabled, she’d be able to align your ETA with your detected arrival status in the parking lot. If you haven’t yet “arrived “, then by all means take the next customer. I say this because I’ve experienced arriving 2-3 minutes before the approximate scheduled time only to see my preferred stylist just getting started on her new customer.

Sabrina is amazingggg!! She’s very knowledgeable and excels at her craft! I felt very comfortable sitting in her chair. Would highly recommend seeing her. The products she used on my hair made me feel refreshed and had my hair shiny! I will absolutely be returning to her.
