It’s guy-oriented, obviously. TVs tuned to sports. Stylists are pretty good too. Some great, sone just ok but all are friends.
Very fair pricing, especially if you are a vet or a senior.
The MVP experience is great: Shampoo, hot face towel, massage.
Their check-in app /process is just ok. Two people can check in online but if the second person arrives before the first person, the second person remains “On Deck”, waiting. Who knows if that first person is actually going to show up? You just have to wait until a stylist becomes available.
I’m just not convinced that if, after waiting for 15 minutes, a stylist does become available, and that first person just happens to show up 30 seconds earlier, if that’s the best way to go. Remember, you are not actually scheduling an appointment, just signing up.
