Relatively quick waiting time and very quick cutting time. Your barbers don't waste time doing what they do. Oh, and the shampooing (as in the Triple Play) is great.

Typically it is fast to get in and out. Sometimes its to busy for all the girls, (but I've never noticed it understaffed) but that's a good thing for you guys. It means that your doing it right. I like that they take notes, and its in the computer. It means I can get the "usual".

If there is anything that would be better, is if you have a fixed fee of $20 for the MVP. I would get it every time, and not every other time, or third time. Its easier to just float a $20 and a tip, than to have to break (2) $20 bills. If not, I get the Varsity for $17 and hand over a $20 and say "have a good day".
