I have been getting my hair cut by a man that has been a barber since the Korean war, and the young lady, Lacey, who cut my hair made my hair look just as good, if not, better. She was very personable and professional. I enjoyed my time with her.
Although get different hair stylist each time, I like that you put hair cut style/information in computers so I don't have to tell employee what I want. Makes it more personable.
I've had Lacey do my hair twice and did such a great job, I let her cut my sons hair. Again great. Let the manager do it once. Not again. She seemed more interested in increasing profit margin instead of to what I wanted done. Polite, but cut wrong and pushed out door. Going back to see Lacey in a couple of weeks. Really miss old manager. But do understand her move.

Molly gives me the best cut around. She takes the extra time to make sure I am 100% happy with my cut. As a business man she has me looking/feeling great for my meetings.

I like how friendly the people are who provide the service. I am a regular customer at your Charlotte Park Road location. The employees are always friendly and the stylists do a great job. The atmosphere is excellent and the weight is usually not very long depending on when I go. The only downside is the ability to park and get in and out of the location easily.
