Alex was outstanding. One of the best haircuts I've ever had. She was the ONLY one working the floor despite having two other associates and manager there with her. She did a great job managing it all. Also, that manager needs to be fired. For her to completely blow off customers by attending a meeting and then leave to Walgreens is nonsense.
The people who walk through the door should be the No. 1 priority. Not a trip to the store or attending some meeting. Sport Clips is fast for a reason. It's not built to keep people in the lobby for longer than needed.
We LOVE Ms. Tonya! She is the only person my grandson allows to cut his hair. She does a great job and always makes it feel like we are visiting a friend!

Always great service and a great cut
I have found/met a stylist who does my hair just the way I like it. She is at the location on the scheduled days and that's when I go. I don't mind a short wait (30 minutes or less) since I walk in and select her for my haircut. Overall, I am more than satisfied. Excellent job,
