The stylists are quick, friendly, and do a great job.
I have spent months trying to find the perfect stylist who cut my hair perfect. I found 2 who do a great job and I like how i can register online so I don't have to wait a long time. Only thing I would like to see updated on website is maybe put stylist hours. There had been multiple times when both stylist I use had been working and when I went to log back on later to register they had all ready left for the day. Which pushes me out another week for a haircut and if I would have known the hours I could have maybe changed my schedule. Hopefully my suggestion gets taken into consideration because it was hard finding the right one.
It’s guy-oriented, obviously. TVs tuned to sports. Stylists are pretty good too. Some great, sone just ok but all are friends.
Very fair pricing, especially if you are a vet or a senior.
The MVP experience is great: Shampoo, hot face towel, massage.
Their check-in app /process is just ok. Two people can check in online but if the second person arrives before the first person, the second person remains “On Deck”, waiting. Who knows if that first person is actually going to show up? You just have to wait until a stylist becomes available.
I’m just not convinced that if, after waiting for 15 minutes, a stylist does become available, and that first person just happens to show up 30 seconds earlier, if that’s the best way to go. Remember, you are not actually scheduling an appointment, just signing up.

This was my first Sports Clips experience. Online Check in was convenient and accurate. My hairstylist Anita was cordial and professional. The shop was very clean and the decorated theme was enjoyable. Definitely will have to return
It was my first time getting a haircut there and I had an amazing experience. I definitely will be returning on my next haircut and I have been talking about my experience with my friends and family. I had a lady named Lisa that cut my hair. She was very friendly and approachable. She had a positive attitude the whole time and shared stories with me. One thing I would like to know is if there is a discount available for military or law enforcement. Again, thank you for this great experience.
I like online check in from the app, I like the consistency of the service and I’m generally very pleased with the stylists.
