The service and products are high quality! The only thing I would change is the ability to make an appointment online earlier than the time the store opens. Maybe do 15 or 30 minutes before the store opens would be nice.

I love when I find a new stylist that cuts my hair just how I like. I hate when she moves on and I have to go back to "first available" until the perfect stylist again. Seems like every time a find the perfect stylist, she'll leave in a a few months. My particular location seems to have a very high turnover. I wish it didn't as I've had some great stylists in the past that I wish were still there. My current stylist that I prefer is the best one yet. Top-Notch!

She started and explained what she was doing and why. She gave me a lot of information on how to better take care of my hair. She was very friendly and great customer service
