I like the app that informs about wait times and the option to choose the stylist. I like that info about previous choices in how my haircut was done are retained for reference each time I come in. The salon is a comfortable place to get my haircut and the stylists are personable.

My stylist was outstanding. I'm very particular about my hair and was concerned given that Chelsea ( my usual stylist) was booked out. The stylist who I wound up with this was absolutely outstanding, tho. She took a very tough cut as I am growing out a disconnected cut and blended it fantastically. Extremely grateful for her skills!!!
