My first service there was not very good. My daughter wanted a simple undercut and we had to straighten it up whenever we got home. This time when we went in she asked to have her undercut trimmed up and for the sides to be shaved and we had Halle M. she did a phenomenal job. Definitely recommend seeing Haley M. if you’re going to go to sports clips

I like that I can try your products when getting my hair cut, and the stylist always recommends the most suitable products for my hair.
I have a preferred stylist (Monica) for all of my cuts because she does an excellent job and always remembers how I like my hair cut. It's nice to be able to say "cut it like you did last time" and know I'll get the cut I like.

I'm not one that wants to spend a lot of time getting my hair cut. And Alexi (I think) took no time at all, got to work on my hair and had me out there as quickly as possible.

I appreciate the service received when I get in to get a haircut from your franchises. The one item that is disappointing is the accuracy of the online check-in. At my last haircut it told me to head to the salon as there was one person ahead of me. When I arrived, the stylist informed me that she was the only one cutting hair, while two other stylists were in the back and that my wait time was actually closer to 30 minutes.
