I usually have a great experience here, except for today and for the stylist. She was kind of rude and didn't understand that you need to do a fade when doing a 3 on top and 1 1/2 on the sides, and argued with me about it.. I've been getting the same haircut since I've been coming here for the past 10 + years and she is the only one who didn't understand/question what I was wanting. She read the instructions to me when I questioned her about fading the line from the transition from the 3 to the 1 1/2 and just got hateful with me. Never will I ask for her ever again and will walk out if she's the one in line to cut my hair.

The person who cut my hair yesterday seemed to be in a terrible hurry and not at all detail-oriented. After several attempts to try to get her to even out the length of the hair and make my hair look more like a haircut than a weedwhacker accident, I gave up, paid and went home. I returned today, and Amy did a fantastic job of cutting and styling my hair. In addition, Amy's customer care was exceptional. I was shocked and disappointed by my experience yesterday, and feeling the opposite today because of both Amy's haircutting and interpersonal skills.
