Anna Clark is THE BEST hair cutting professional!!! I am a relatively new client and I love the way she cuts my hair, and the service she provides is second to none. The MVP treatment is wonderful and well worth the cost. She has a wonderful personality and genuinely cares about her client's satisfaction. She makes sure that I have a current supply of hair product. I'm so glad I've found her, and frankly, if she ever leaves Sport Clips I'm going to follow her. Thanks Anna, you are a true professional.

The stylist gave a VERY meticulous haircut. I was very pleased with the quality. She was also very engaging and we had great conversation. Overall, she did a nice job with the 5 point play and gave a very relaxing MVP. I would recommend being sure to present the clean equipment pack and make sure to do a proper offering of the MVP.

However, the biggest area to improve is speed. While I appreciate the attention to detail and the conversation, my service to around 50 minutes. I actually lost track of time and was late to my next appointment. While guys certainly want quality, we are usually pressed for time, also. I don't think quality will be sacrificed if the service is done with the proper "sense of urgency".

Again, however, she did a great job!

I don't remember the girls name that cut my sons hair but she was amazing! My son is 2 and this was his second haircut, and he was pretty scared. He cried the first few minutes but she was very calm and patient with him. She had long brown hair, wish I remembered her name. I'll definitely be requesting her next time.

I like that I always get a great haircut and I never have the look of a "new haircut". I also like that my "haircut history"is already loaded.

Thanks again to Anna for another great haircut! I was her first customer of the day, after she drove in during an ice storm. She was just as friendly and did just a great as of job as she always does, despite the hectic environment. Big thanks to the entire store as well, they were all so nice and easy to talk to, despite how busy it was because of the ice storm we were experiencing. All three of the ladies in the store deserve a shout out!
