The hot towel is wonderful. This visit I shifted from a ---- to a Triple Play since in my opinion the back massage sucks big time. I like that I can request a stylist by name. Verleka Brown used to be at Ballwin and is now at Fairview Hts. NOBODY BETTER. Although Brittany at the Ballwin location is going to give Verleka some competition for that Number One spot.
