You have a file on me that gives my preferences. whether I am in St. Louis or in Michigan, I can stop in and get the same haircut wherever. Your prices are reasonable and your personnel are all very capable for my needs.

The stylist understood everything I wanted to do even tho I was unclear how to describe it never having had the style before, as well as incredibly kind, as well as knowledgeable about hair and how to form and care for it. Also was able to suggest a styling cream more capable than the one I'd been using for years. Very impressed.

Other places won't even wash your hair and they barley talk to you because they are all afraid to touch you. This at least has been experience since the pandemic. I understand taking precautions but hair cuts always made me feel good when I left. Not like they didn't even want me to be there. Massage chair, hot towel on your face and a hair wash and a head massage 💆♀️ all at the same time. Friendly clean service and great at what they do. She even dried my bangs to make sure they were right length. Instead of assuming and throwing me out. I'm done going to other hair places. I walked in here because the place I usually go was closed.Im so glad i did. I walked out smiling instead of relieved to leave. They are a little more pricy but worth the extra service. You get what you pay for.
