The stylists are very friendly, efficient and always give good haircuts.

HOWEVER...........your company policy of forbidding lowering the volume on the obnoxious sports programs when the customers desire it might make me go elsewhere. Especially annoying are th "sportscasters" who are constantly arguing at the top of their lungs; and with the TV in my face as I sit in the chair is particularly disgusting! And the only two people in the salon were myself and the stylist! Please try to be more customer-oriented in the future.

Our experience yesterday was excellent! Marie was very talented and gave my son and I the exact haircuts we wanted. This was my son's very first time getting a haircut with electric trimmers, so I wasn't sure how he would do. Marie took her time and was ever so gentle with him. His haircut looked amazing! Needless to say, we found our go to stylist!! Thank you again Marie!!! See you again soon!

The shop is always immaculate and the stylists work as a team. If one of the stylists is not busy with a customer...they will jump right in and vacuum up another’s station. I have happily referred my friends to this shop!!!

The lady that cut my son's hair this time did such a good job!
He has an obscene amount of cow links, its horrible cutting his hair 2 on top 2 in front 2 at the bottom in the back. Makes evening out his hair next to impossible and if too long it sticks up like an alfalfa sprout at the crown
I think her name was Kelly and she did an amazing job of cutting it just right so the cow licks are not noticeable. the cut goes right with their movements, I can see his eyes again and his ears which were my requirements lol. Didn't want him looking scraggly anymore with that long hair constantly in his face, but the cowlicks lay down netteebwhen it's longer so constant battle of balance that was definitely achieved.

Now about our prior visit...
The lady who cut it the time before, was literally sleep cutting, her eyes were closed for most of the cut and she hardly took anything off, it didn't look anywhere near even. My son said she was falling asleep with his hair in her hands and he thought she was gonna cut his ear, stab him with the scissors, or take a huge chunk out of his head at any minute. To her defense she said she had been up for over 24hrs, I don't know how true that is or if it was some sort of medication reaction? But either way he didn't feel safe and his hair hardly looked touched when he was finished.

Definitely an improvement over that visit. I'm beyond pleased with how it turned out he looks so handsome.
Plus she went the extra step to put a note in his file.
