I appreciate the 'full service' approach, and I like that my stylist took her time, explained things to me, and didn't seem to rush me through the experience in order to get to the next customer.

Honestly, it wasn't the products. It was the atmosphere, and the lady that cut my hair. Made me very comfortable, and she knew what she was doing.

The key to this experience was Tara. I had just received a terrible haircut and came in have it salvaged. Its a process and Tara did a fine job and I will be back for the next part of the process

Customer service has been great. All of they stylists that I have worked with have done a solid job regarding the quality of haircut. I recently experienced the spa side for the first time and realized what I have been missing. Will most certinly be using that more often.
